Agreement: By downloading, installing, or using Veelops, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Services.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SIIWARE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Poland at Plac Solny 14, 50-438 Wroclaw, Poland (VAT: 8992994343).
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Veelops mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Our Services
Veelops provides:
- Remote Terminal Access: Secure access to terminal sessions running on your computers from your mobile device.
- End-to-End Encryption: All terminal content is encrypted using Noise IK protocol and ChaCha20-Poly1305. The relay server cannot access your data.
- Content-Blind Relay: Our relay server routes encrypted messages between your devices without accessing their contents.
- Veelops Agent CLI: The local terminal CLI component runs on your machines and manages encrypted terminal sessions.
- Device Pairing and Collaboration: Paired devices may view terminal output, send commands, and participate in shared terminal sessions where those features are available.
The Services are intended for accessing terminal sessions on systems you own or are authorized to access.
3. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal right and authorization to access any systems you connect to through Veelops.
- You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
- You will comply with all third-party terms, licenses, subscription rules, usage limits, account rules, workplace policies, confidentiality obligations, and other restrictions that apply to tools, accounts, services, repositories, files, credentials, or systems available through your terminal.
- You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. Purchases and Payment
Veelops is available as a subscription service. All purchases are made exclusively through:
- Apple App Store for iOS devices
- Google Play Store for Android devices
Payment Processing
We do not directly process any payments. All billing, payment processing, and subscription management is handled entirely by Apple or Google through their respective app stores. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information.
Pricing: Current pricing is displayed in the app stores. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Free Plan: Free usage includes up to 3 active sessions and does not include voice mode.
Collaboration Preview: Certain features, including collaboration or shared terminal access, may be offered as a free launch preview, beta, trial, or limited-time feature. Hosting shared terminal sessions may move to a paid plan after the preview period. Unless otherwise stated, free preview access does not include any right to continued free access after the preview period ends.
OpenAI API Key and Usage Charges: Certain features, including voice mode, require you to provide your own OpenAI API key. OpenAI API usage is billed separately by OpenAI and is not included in any Veelops subscription or app store purchase. You are solely responsible for all charges, limits, and usage associated with your OpenAI API key. Veelops is not responsible for OpenAI API charges incurred while using the Services. We recommend setting budgets, usage limits, and alerts for that API key in the OpenAI platform before using voice mode or other AI-powered features.
Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through the app store where you made the purchase. Refund policies are governed by Apple's or Google's terms of service.
5. Subscription Management
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: To cancel your subscription:
- iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Veelops > Cancel Subscription
- Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Veelops > Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Services until then.
No Account to Cancel: Veelops does not maintain user accounts on our servers. Subscription management is handled entirely through the app stores.
6. Third-Party Services, CLIs, APIs, and Subscriptions
Veelops may allow you to access and control a local terminal session where third-party tools, command-line interfaces, APIs, developer services, AI coding tools, subscriptions, or credentials may be installed or available.
Veelops does not provide, sell, resell, sublicense, proxy, or grant access to any third-party service, including but not limited to AI model providers, coding agents, developer tools, cloud services, or software subscriptions. Your use of any third-party service through your terminal is solely between you and that third-party provider.
You are responsible for complying with all third-party terms, licenses, account rules, subscription rules, usage limits, and applicable laws when using Veelops. Many third-party providers restrict credential sharing, account sharing, resale, proxy access, or circumvention of their technical and billing limits.
7. No Credential Sharing, Resale, or Circumvention
You may not use Veelops to share, resell, sublicense, proxy, bypass, circumvent, or make available any third-party account, subscription, API key, access token, login credential, license, or paid service in violation of that third party's terms.
You may not use Veelops to avoid seat limits, usage limits, rate limits, billing rules, access controls, or other restrictions imposed by third-party services.
Veelops is a terminal access and collaboration tool. It is not a tool for sharing, reselling, or redistributing access to third-party services.
8. Paired Devices and Full Terminal Access
Veelops works by pairing devices with a local machine using a pairing code, QR code, cryptographic token, or similar mechanism.
When you pair a device, that device may receive full access to the connected local terminal session. This may include the ability to view terminal output, send commands, access files, interact with running processes, access environment variables, use installed tools, and interact with third-party services or credentials available in that terminal.
Full Terminal Access
Any device paired with this code may access your local terminal session, view terminal output, and send commands. Only share this code with people you trust. You can revoke paired devices at any time.
Only pair devices that you own or control, or devices operated by people you trust. If you share a pairing code or QR code with another person, you are authorizing that person or device to access your local terminal session.
You are responsible for all activity performed through devices you pair or authorize.
9. Revocation and Device Management
You are responsible for managing paired devices and revoking access for devices that should no longer have access.
Veelops may display paired devices using device identifiers, device metadata, timestamps, or other technical information. You should review paired devices regularly and revoke any device you do not recognize or no longer trust.
Revoking a paired device is intended to stop future access from that device, but it may not undo commands already executed, data already viewed, files already accessed, or third-party services already used through that terminal session.
10. Collaboration and Shared Terminal Sessions
If you allow another person to access your terminal through a paired device, shared code, QR code, or similar mechanism, you are responsible for ensuring that such access is authorized, lawful, and permitted by any applicable third-party terms, workplace policies, confidentiality obligations, and software licenses.
Collaborators may have full terminal access. You should not invite collaborators unless you trust them and are authorized to share the relevant terminal session, files, repositories, tools, credentials, and services available in that environment.
Veelops is not responsible for commands executed, files accessed, credentials exposed, third-party services used, or other actions taken by people or devices you authorize.
11. Security of Pairing Codes and Local Environment
You are responsible for keeping pairing codes, QR codes, paired devices, local machines, and terminal environments secure.
You should not share pairing codes publicly or with untrusted parties. You should revoke access immediately if a paired device is lost, stolen, compromised, transferred to another person, or no longer trusted.
You are responsible for securing secrets, API keys, access tokens, SSH keys, environment variables, private repositories, cloud credentials, and other sensitive materials that may be accessible from your terminal.
12. Platform and Data Transmission
Veelops may transmit terminal session data, command input, command output, device identifiers, pairing information, connection metadata, diagnostics, and related technical data as necessary to provide remote terminal access, pairing, synchronization, security, revocation, troubleshooting, and service operation.
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Veelops, you agree that terminal access and paired-device functionality may require transmission of technical and session-related data between your local machine, paired devices, and Veelops infrastructure.
Terminal content is designed to be end-to-end encrypted, but you remain responsible for what you choose to expose through your terminal environment and paired devices.
13. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Access systems you do not own or are not authorized to access.
- Access, control, or interfere with any computer, account, system, network, repository, service, or terminal session without authorization.
- Attempt to intercept, monitor, or access other users' encrypted traffic.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the encryption implementations.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Services.
- Share, resell, proxy, sublicense, or make available third-party accounts, subscriptions, API keys, access tokens, credentials, licenses, or paid services in violation of third-party terms.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal and commercial purposes of remotely accessing your own terminal sessions.
The Veelops Agent CLI is part of the Services and is licensed for use under these Terms unless a separate written agreement applies.

Third-party services may change, suspend, limit, terminate, or restrict your access independently of Veelops. Veelops is not responsible for third-party service availability, pricing, billing, account status, rate limits, usage limits, policy enforcement, or changes to third-party terms.
17. User Responsibility for Authorized Access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your local machine, terminal session, pairing codes, and paired devices, whether performed by you or by another person or device you authorize.
Veelops is not responsible for losses, damages, account suspensions, service terminations, data exposure, credential misuse, third-party claims, or other consequences resulting from your decision to pair a device, share a pairing code, invite a collaborator, or use third-party services through your terminal.
18. Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SIIWARE, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses; or damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of your systems.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (through app store purchases) in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIIWARE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you additionally have the protection provided by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, or any part of them, at any time, with or without notice.

- Impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the Services.
Preview, beta, trial, launch, or limited-time features may be changed, limited, moved to a paid plan, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may provide notice where practical, but preview availability does not create a permanent entitlement to use that feature for free.
